Title
Covenant of Lease by Robert Sparke, of Grenefeld and Agnes
his wife to John Sparke of Flytton and Henry Sparke of
Grenefeld 'natural sons' of the said Robert and Agnes,
of all their lands in Sylsho, Pulloxhill, Flytton, Feldon
and Maldon ('ye parlor and chamber and free ingresse,
egresse and regresse to ye same with a pyghtell and a close
in Grenefeld' now in the said Robert's occupation, and
lands etc. called Kydley's in Maldon expected); for the
term of their lives paying a yearly rent of 10 and deliver-
ing at Grenefeld to the said Robert and Agnes yearly, three
acres of wheat and three acres of barley, two cartloads of
'valett or fuell' and 'two fedd hogges'
