Myle were examined in presence of Wm Whyte, clerk notary, to
see if George, late Earl of Kent, left any will by which his
son, Geo Grey, should inherit his purchased lands. They
swore he left no will & therefore left in writing only one
indenture dated 20 Aug 1524 'which was made of the thinges &
deposytions of dyverse things concerning the will of the said
