Reciting:
- (i) was owner of premises in Dame Alice Street adjoining premises of (ii) [the Head Post Office];
- (i)'s premises had no right of light or air over (ii)'s premises
Operative Part:
- agreement that premises of (i) had no right to light over premises of (ii) nor would it acquire any;
- enjoyment of light by premises of (i) was deemed to be by consent of (ii);
- lawful for (ii) to build any buildings on his property without regard to access of premises of (i) to light
