- lease and release of 1-2 July 1840 between (1) Joseph Adams; (2) Francis Clarke; (3) William Berril; (4) Jacob Anthony in which (a)-(c) were released to (2) with (3) as his trustee;
- grant of 15 April 1862 between (1) Francis Clarke; (2) William Reeve the elder; (3) Ezra Eagles the elder in which (1) granted (a)-(c) to (2) (with (3) as his trustee) for 350;
- conveyance of 29 April 1870 from (1) William Reeve to (2) Charles Albert Reeve of (a)-(c) for 500;
- mortgage of 30 April 1870 in which (1) Charles Albert Reeve borrowed 330 from (2) Mark Whyley and James Peter Piper on security of (a)-(c)
- 330 still outstanding but all interest paid

(c) beerhouse on site where three cottages once stood, erected by Joseph Covington deceased, the cottages formerly in occupation of Samuel Hulatt, Joseph Barnes and Richard Feedon
