I understand thy business is for disposal.
If it is not in treaty for I should be obliged by thy informing me what kind of trade is done, what are the returns of Drapery & Grocery, rent, &c and other conditions.
Have the returns been kept up and would the same causes be likely to operate to prevent success in another person taking the concern that appears to have acted now.
Any other information thou can give I shall be glad of -
