(I) Conveyance dated 30 Oct 1919 from Richard John Vereker Astell of Ingleby Manor, Middlesborough (Yorks.), esq., and the Hon. Elizabeth Maria Baroness De L'Isle and Dudley (as annuitant) to Herbert William Larkinson of Wrestlingworth, farmer, for 130, of:
(a) lands not the subject of this abstract
(b)parcel of pasture land (3r.) in Wrestlingworth then in the occupation of HWL.
Included acknowledgement to produce a disentailing deed dated 21 Nov 1911 made between R.J.V. Astell (1) and Charles Whitbread Graham (2)
(II) Will (23 Nov 1940); death (21 Dec 1943) and probate of will of HWL (14 Apr 1944)
(III) Conveyance dated 10 Aug 1944 from Alice Larkinson of 1 Potton Rd., Wrestlingworth, widow, and Charles William Larkinson of 38 Drove Rd., Biggleswade, printer (executors of the will of HWL) to Constance Mabel Wallis of 14 Braggs Lane, Wrestlingworth, for 100, of the piece of pasture land as in X826/2(I)(b) described here as containing 0.65 ac.
(IV) Deed of exchange dated 31 Mar 1945 whereby CMW owner of land in (III) conveyed it to George William Morley of Wrestlingworth in return for 3 pieces of land (not abstracted)
(V) Death of GWM (4 Sep 1949) and Letters of Admon. of his estate (14 Feb 1950); and Vesting Assent by George William James Morley of 34 High St., Wrestlingworth, forestry worker, re the land as in X826/2(III)-(IV).
