Title
Conveyance from WG and GC as devisees in trust under will of LP, to Robert Ryder of Shefford, grocer, for 220, of:
(a) a messuage in Shefford erected by JP deceased (late husband of LP) on part of (b) and therewith previously in the occupation of Charles Tingey, now of RR
(b)land at Water End, Shefford, as in X827/1/1-2 described here as between several dwelling houses late of James Hustler and James Cowland, and since or now of Jesse Cooper and William Stanton and preserving a walkway to the backyard and garden of WS.
...which land (a)-(b) is free of land tax (it continued having been redeemed) and was (inter alia) devised by JP to LP in fee simple
Recites (inter alia) that LP died seised of (a)-(b) inter alia; and that LP's realty had been auctioned at Shefford and RR highest bidder and declared purchaser of (a) and (b) - see Lot 3 in X827/2.
