Lot 2 - brick and slate dwelling and business continued premises in occupation of William Smith at rent of 8 p.a, with timber and tile wood barn, near proposed site of Shefford Station on Leicester and Hitchin Railway.
Lot 3 - brick and slate dwelling house and double fronted grocer's shop in Bridge Street
