    Conveyance from Edward Odell of Cranfield, farmer, and 17 Dec 1857 his wife Rebecca to John Bosworth of Marston, farmer, for 215, of: (a) all the land in /4 (i.e. (a)-(c) which are now better known and described as follows: (b) 2 ancient messuages, cottages or tenements in Lower Shelton, now in the occupation of John Copperwheat and Robert Copperwheat. (c) messuage, cottage or tenement near (b) in the occupation of Ann Smith, widow. (d) 3 messuages, cottages or tenements lately erected and built by Barnard Dimmock on part of the premises, and now in the occupation of Richard Whittington, George Clark and Solomon Smith. ....together with the yards, gardens and premises belonging to and occupied with them; and all which premises are bounded on the N by land belonging to Clapham Charity, the E by land now the estate of John Morris, the S and SE by the public road, and the W by land belonging to [ ]. Includes declaration by JB barring dower. Recites will of Barnard Dimmock late of Wootton, gent, dated 11 June 1855 which was proved in the PCC on 12 June 1857 and in which he devised the land below to his daughter Rebecca, the wife of Edward Odell, in fee.
