    Conveyance from William Dimmock of Burnham (Bucks.) farmer, to Barnard Dimmock of Wootton, farmer, for 120, of: (a) 2 messuages or cottages, formerly one tenement, in Lower Shelton, formerly in the occupation of John Dowdy and Thomas Clarke and now of [ ] Smith and [ ] Smith lying between a cottage or tenement formerly of John Richardson on the NE, the ground formerly of Doctor Dell on the NW and the common highway on the SE and SW (as in /1(a) and /2(a)). (b) 2 messuages cottages or tenements in Marston then or late in the occupation of Joseph Valentine and William Brandon, and now of [Robert] Copperwheat and John Copperwheat and adjoining (a). (c) newly built cottage near to (b), now in the occupation of Widow Dowdy. Recites will of Joseph Barnard Dimmock dated 30 June 1823 in which he devised the land above (inter alia), (b) being described in the will as 'sometime since erected' by the testator, to his son Joseph Dimmock for life, remainder to his grandson WD, son of JD, in fee; probate of the will of JBD on 15 Oct 1825 in the Court of the Archdeacon of Bedford; death of JD in Dec 1826.
