Stating his objections to splitting up farms, but his willingness to help in any other way, should Batchelor dissolve his partnership with his brothers. He refers to "the zeal you have manifested in carrying on an improved system of agriculture, and the knowledge and skill you have shown in prosecuting experiments in husbandry."
