& Lichfield. (b) Mortgage of 12 Jun. 1779, (itself rec.
Commission of Bankruptcy vs. Ric. Bacon of 18 Feb. 1777,
and that mortgage (a) was redeemed for £300 which (i)
as exor. of Hen. Gurney, received), between pties. as
above, for further £3,200 on same prop.
& house in St. Peter Mancroft, Norwich.
(c) That the money is unredeemed and that
Bacon has asked (i) to accept a conveyance
of the premises.)
