to son Thos. Meacher Nash & w. Eliz. (b) Codicil of
26 Aug. 1833, revoking (a) and providing that (ii) should
stand possessed of the £2,000, paying £80 p.a. to son
Thos. & remainder to testor's grand-dau. Eliz. Amy Bond,
(dau. of Thos.), & on Thos. death, in trust for Eliz. as
to the whole £2,000. (c) Marr. of Eliz. 10 Feb 1837. &
death of testor, 28 Nov. 1834, will pr. 11 Apr. 1835.
(d) death of Thos. Nash 2 Feb 1843.
(e) Mortgage of 29 Dec. 1840 for £1,800, by
Wm. Brimley of Bedf. to (ii) of prop. in Bedf.
St. Paul, & £360 invested in 3 1/2% Bank annuties.
