Points out flaws in the proposed draft of articles
of partnership (no.9). (a) omission of clause that
only Jos. B. can sign notes. (b) clause stating
that when a partner retires a dissolution of p'ship
shall take place is unwise in view of fact that Thos.
B. will soon become a partner. (c) £100 is too small
an ammt. as maximum that partner can draw out with-
out consent. (d) clause that losses by 'wilful breach
of these presents' are to be borne by
the offending partner is too strong, and would
cramp Jos. B's initiative.
