    Draft conditional contract i) B J Rollings, as mortgagee ii) Thomas Puddephatt, Eaton Bray, as mortgagee iii) Burial Board of Eaton Bray iii) propose to appropriate for a Burial Ground part of Backsides Field in Eaton Bray and ii) as owner of land on E side of said field are requested to grant a right of way over said land through a street called - Street for access to proposed Burial Ground now is agreed shall be lawful for iii), after giving one week's notice in writing, to i) and ii) to enter on said land and remove all fences and all necessary works to continue - Street of a uniform width and with kerbing and channelling from Main Street of Eaton Bray into Backside as an approach to said Burial Ground iii) shall execute accommodation works for benefit of i) and ii) - shall put in proper drain of length of - down centre of said street for the drainage of the houses and connect it with the main sewer. Such drain to have places of junction so that each owner may be allowed to drain his property when disposed to do so. - Said street shall be open to the public but until taken to by the Parish shall be repaired by iii) - i) and ii) will execute any deeds to effectuate the agreement provided such deed is made subject of the approval of the Vestry to the said Burial Ground 'as witness' i), ii) and J D Rowe, of Eaton Bray, Clerk, as agent for iii) marked on front 'For the approval of Messrs Rollings and Puddefoot'
