Draft conditional agreement i) Thomas Puddefoot, Eaton Bray ii) Burial Board of Eaton Bray i) agrees to sell to ii) at price of 10 - all that piece of land at Western End of - Street, Eaton Bray (-p) being part of piece of land used as garden ground now in occupation of i) which is required by ii) for an approach to a Burial Ground purposed to be built in Backsides Field. Money to be paid on - next at office of -, at which time and place the purchase is to be completed and ii) is to have possession of the premises i) agrees to give good title to said land within 6 months. ii) shall within 6 months of completion of the purchase lay out said piece of land as continuation of - Street, will fence it and do all necessary to procure said street to be accepted as public highway repaired by the Parish. Proper drains to be constructed so that street occupiers may drain into them Agreement is made subject to the approval of the Vestry of Eaton Bray and to the proposed Burial Ground being made 'as witness the hands of the sd Thos Puddefoot & of I D Rowe of Eaton Bray, Clerk as agent duly authorised by the sd Burial Board'
