    Duplicate original will of Jane Marshall, a lodger in the house of Mr. New, shopkeeper in Quebec St., at the corner of Bryanstone St., St. Marylebone, spinster, and formerly servant to the right Hon. Viscount Dudley and Ward of Himley Hall, Staffs. There are some later alterations and the signature is torn away. All her books, silver watch, walking cane to her brother Anthony Marshall of Gloucs., labourer. To Ann Townsend, now a servant with the Hon. Miss Pelham at Esher Place, Surrey, all the furniture of the two rooms where testator lives; to Mrs. Cook, wife of Mr. Cook of 36 Silver St., Golden Square, her Irish stuff gown and to her dau. Mary the chest of drawers; residue to be divided bet. Eliz and Jane Marshall, the daus. of brother Anthony Marshall, Ann wife of Thos. Earth of Bradfootton Worcs., labr., and Eliz. the wife of the said Anthony Marshall. To niece Jane Marsahll above-mentioned 5 silver tea spoons, a pair of sugar tongs, a tea caddy and tea board. 2 gns. each for a ring to Mr. Cook above, and Mrs. Dutteran of 57 New Bond St. 4 gns, for ring to Mrs. Martin residing at Lord Dudley & Ward's. To good friend Mr. Thos. Cooper of the Excise Office, London, 10 for mourning and 20 for his trouble. If any property left over, to be invested and the income paid for life to brother Anthony Marshall and on his death the capital to be divided between his wife and children and Ann Earth or her children.
