Memorandum that when Mr. Brandreth pur. Grooms Close in Houghton of the exors. of the late Mr. James Fossey, he intended throwing it to Tithe Farm, but at the request of Mr. Howe, one of the exors., it was agreed that Mr. H. should continue tenant for 2 years at yearly rent 7 10s. 0d. Rent became due Ladyday 1833, but not yet paid. When field is let again, at lease 10 shd be asked.
