Collyer, H.R. husbandman Joseph Tillcocke, Tingreth, yeo., trustees for (ii) reciting L and R 10/11 Sept 1717 by which Wm. Swaine, in consideration of a marriage then intended between Wm. Swaine and (i), (then Eliz. Bauldrey of Eaton Bray, spinster, who had agreed to settle certain tenements in E.B.) conveyed to John White of Eaton Bray, yeo., and Wm. Buckmaster of H.R. yeo. - 3 mess. in H.r. in tenures Wm. Swaine, Jn. Snoxall and the widow Cooper - 19 1/2 acres arable land in the common fields, then in the occupation of Wm. Swaine - 3 closes pasture cont. in all 4a. to hold to the use of Wm. Swaine and w. Eliz. for their lives and the life of the survivor, then to the use of the heirs of their body, and for want of such issue to the use of the right heirs of Wm. Swaine reciting L and R 10/11 Sept 1717 by which Eliz. Bauldrey conveyed to the same trustees - mess. or tent. in Moore end of Eaton Bray then late in the occ. of Wm. Bauldrey father of Eliz. with close of pasture adj. la. - another cottage in Moore end then late in occ. Helen Hack, widow - 12a. freehold land in E.B. then late in occ. Wm. Bauldrey - 2a. arable in West Field, E.B. and Totternhoe, then lately purchased by Eliz. Bauldrey of Rich. Mouse to hold to the use of Eliz. B. until the marriage, then to the use of Wm. Swaine and his heirs for ever. and reciting that by this conveyance she transferred also - la. meadow in West Mead, Eaton Bray, pur. by Wm. Bauldrey of Rich. Cooke, and leashold lands, for remainder of terms, and reciting will of Wm. Swaine 9 Nov 1719 by which he bequeathed property to (ii) to uses to provide wife with 20 p.a. for life, and a lump sum of 10, and reciting agreement between trustees and Eliz. Swaine 27 Jan 1720 by which she agreed to relinquish her life estate in property in H.R. and her annuity and the 10 in return for repossesion of what had been her own property in Eaton Bray and for 50 CONVEYANCE by (i) at direction of (ii) to (iii) in trust for (ii) - property in H.R. in first recited indentures 10/11 Sep 1717 above and Release and Quit claim of annuity etc. sgd.
