Willis and Walden Hanmer, and reciting that Walter Pye, Villiers St., Strand, St. Martins in the Fields, esq., is one of the children of Mary Pye Deed of Appointment by (i) to (ii) of premises after the death of (i) - capital mess. in Ampthill where Wm. Arnald once lived with malting etc. and 4 closes making 18 acres - close of pasture heretfore common field ground called Shortridge Cl. 5a., and pightle common field ground 1a., lying together near the messuage - Pond or Mote close cont. 3a. all once in the occupation of widow Lathwell, late of General St. Leger, and since of Thos. Stone witn. Thos. Pearce Brown, Wm. Saffery. endorsed 'Mr. Bolding'
