James Pye and Robt. Pye £100; - to younger son David James all estates in Woughton on the Green, Great Woolston and Little Woolston, Bucks., and Ampthill, Beds., for life, then to Thos. Willis, Walton, esq., and Walden Hanmer, Simson, esq., in trust for wife of David James, his children, in default to use of dau. Mary Pye and heirs; - to son David James estate at Sandford, Oxon. Residue to son David James, sole exor.
