Mary Goring to have use during widowhood, if she continues the
payment of 1, then to the use of the heirs of the bodies of
Abr. and Mary, in default to the right heirs of Abr. for ever.
If (ia) do not choose to live in kitchen and buttery, then (ib)
to pay them another 1 p.a., and if he defaults then (ia) entitled
to let the rooms and take the rent themselves.
