'untill he shall be able and capable to earn his own living and
likewise to give him Education so far as untill he shall be a
good Schollar for reading and writeing English'
to eldest son John Butfield cottage now divided into 2 tenements
where testator and Rich. Evans now live in Thorn, charged with
payment of legacies, and residue of estate.
