CONVEYANCE (L & R, two copies of each) by (i) to (ii) of property, both
freehold and copyhold, to uses, i.e.
to use of (i) for life, then to any person mentioned in will or deed of appointment, in default of which to the use of her children, in default to use of Nehemiah the second son of her brother Nehemiah Brandreth and issue, in default to the use of the 3rd, 4th etc. sons of br. Nehemiah, in default to use of Henry Brandreth, eldest son of br. Nehemiah and issue, in default to use of sd. br. Nehemiah and heirs.
