etc. in trust for Alice Smith, and she herself is possessed of
the residue, and that a marriage is intended bet. Wm. Milard
and Alice Smyth

Schedule:
4 coach horses, one small nag, red velvet side saddle, a coach,
a charriot;
large breast jewel of diamonds, ring with three large diamonds
and 4 smaller ones, large oriental necklace of pearl, three gold
rings and 3 pictures in a gold locket, a gold watch;
A great silver bason, a large silver chafing dish, a silver salver,
a silver tankard, a silver caudle cup and lid, another silver cup,
a silver porringer, a silver sugar caster, two other silver
casters, a large silver salt, 6 small silver salts, 12 silver
spoons, 6 silver forks, 6 small silver spoons, a pair of silver
candlsticks, a silver snuff dish, silver snuffers and a small
silver cup;
sable muff and tippet, point laces and flanders laces and all
wearing apparel with linen in New House in Ware or elsewhere;
all books, writings, looking glasses in same house;
all pewter, brass and iron, pictures, tables, stands, chairs,
trunks and boxes in the same house, all silk curtains, vallences,
quilts, beds or bedding;
all timber lately bought at Houghton Regis.
