Leighton Buzzard and a mess. or farmhouse in Stanbridge now or

will or any other deed of appointment, in default of such
appointment to the use of her heirs male, and heirs female, and
the annual fee farm rent of 41 to be held to the same uses.
On the determination of such estates

to the use of Nehemiah Brandreth second son of Nehemiah Brandreth
brother of (i) and to his heirs, in default to use of 3rd and 4th
etc. sons of her said brother and heirs, in default to use
Henry Brandreth, the eldest son and heirs, in default to the
right heirs of her br. Nehamiah;
- mansion house etc. in Herts:
to use Alice Brandreth dau. of br. Nehemiah Brandreth, in default
to her brothers heirs;
- manor and other property in Stanbridge
to use Rebecca second dau. of br. Nehemiah Brandreth and heirs,
