Price, London, gent. one of the sons of Roger Price late of Westbury, Bucks., esq. decd. ii) John Pedder of Houghton Regis MORTGAGE (Dem. 400 yrs.) by (i) to (ii) to secure 800, the residue of the purchase money, of - all freehold lands as above except the messuage in H.R. now or late in ten. Hen Buckingham nr. Cooke Lane W and Common Green N, and the mess. late in ten. Luke Noone in H.R. near or adj. the mess. in the occ. of Hen. Buckingham, and the 5a. lying on E of sd. mess. in the occ. of Hen. Buckingham, and 1a. on the S of the orchard or backside belonging to the mess.
