Rich. Andrew, Oliver Newman, Wm. Newman, and Edw. Collins
all of Houghton Regis, yeomen for 12 years at 380 p.a.,
which rent will be payable to (ii) after breach of proviso
Provision that if (i) pays to (ii) 1060 within next year,
demise to be void.
