Truman Tanqueray, John Thomas Green and Thomas Hagger to the vendors); restrictive covenants concerning the value of any buildings which are built on the land, the position of the building/s relative to the new streets, the height of any wall or fence, roofing material (thatch not permitted); proportional maintenance payments for the repair of Edward Street and Ashwell Street together with the footway.
