belonging to the Hassetts, bought of J.T. Brace esq.;
a close in Berry lane in St. Peter's parish, inherited
from 230, within 12 months; in barr of her dower and
thirds; household goods to the value of 20; and a
further 170 (400 in all):
If however w. chooses dower, property to be sold by exors.,
except close (to s. Wm)
Sons to have 50 each more than daus.
