    (i) Sam. Whitbread of Cardington, esq. (ii) Wm. Belsham of Bedford, gent. (iii) Jos. Delafield of Middx., gent. (iv) Hen. Whittenstall, Jas. Whittenstall, & Wm. Long of Bedford, brewers and partners. -- a piece of ground in St. Cuthbert's parish, whereon the Castle alehouse (now burnt down) lately stood. (Recites: WL437 and deeds therein recited. Wm. Belsham is seised of certain tenements subject to the estate for life of Eliz. Woodward, wid. Sam. Whitbread agreed to purchase the Castle alehouse; annuity of 140 to be paid to Wm.
