Cooper; but excepting one end of sd. malting, being part of the malt chamber formerly occ. with the White Horse, and standing in the White Horse yard; - 2 cottages in Wells Street, adj., occ. Thos. Hufford & Mary Shepherd; formerly 1 messuage; occ. Ann Chamberlain; - a close behind sd. cottages and messuage occ. Wm. Downman and messuage called Castle occ. Wid. Shelton; which close or orchard was made by Thos. Woodward out of the gardens of sd. cottages and messuage; - and all other messuages conveyed by Frances Pickard to (i) except the messuages and malting called the White Horse. Witn.
