(ii) Edw. Pickard of Middx., gent., & w. Frances (dau. of Thos. Woodward). (iii) Ann Belsham of Bedford, wid. -- the yard behind 3 messuages in White Horse Street, occ. Wid. Tucker, Wm. Langley, & (blank), formerly belonging to sd. 3 messuages, but reserved from sale when they were sold by (i) and (ii) to Wm. Tucker & Wm. Wootton; a barn, granary and brick malting, occ. Ann Belsham, in Wells Street; latterly built on ground where a messuage divided into 2 dwellings stood, occ. Wid. Pearte & Thos. Ruffhead, and purchased by Thos. Woodward of Thos. Cooper; but excepting one end of sd. malting, being part of the malt chamber formerly occ. with the White Horse, and standing in the White Horse yard; 2 cottages in Wells Street, adj., occ. Thos. Hufford & Mary Shepherd; formerly 1 messuage; occ. Ann Chamberlain; a close behind sd. cottages and messuage occ. Wm. Downman and messuage called Castle occ. Wid. Shelton; which close or orchard was made by Thos. Woodward out of the gardens of sd. cottages and messuage; and all other messuages conveyed by Frances Pickard to (i) except the messuages and malting called the White Horse. Witn. John Kinder, Fred.
