in yard of sd. inn, and shop next the street in front
of sd. inn, and wool barn, formerly a cottage, at bottom
of yard belonging to sd. inn near Mill Lane; all in
St. Paul's parish; and Sparrow close in St. Peter's
parish; of this various sums are to be paid to s. Wm.
& John, daus. Mary (w. of Robt. King of Dublin, D.D.),
Eliz., and Ann; and grdau. Ann, (dau. of dau. Fra. Hayley).
Residue of property, including all testatrix's stock in the
trades of a brewer or maltster, to s. Wm., charged with
annuity of 60 to sis. Rachel Hensman.
