    (Recital of surrender of 26 & 27 October 1792 by Richard Wheeler and Thomas Tingey of: - a messuage in Biggleswade occupied by Wheeler as under-tenant (except yard & garden, barns, & out- houses at rear) to use of person named in any deed or will of Samuel West in default of which to his heirs. Recital of admission of S. West & wife at same court. Recital of admission of West at court of 29-30 October, 1793, on surrender of Richard Thwaites to: - right of Common for 'One horse, two Cows and a Breeder' on commons of Biggleswade; also commons pertenant to toft in Holme Street where 3 cottages once stood occupied by Thomas Hughes Roe & Thomas Taylor, then burnt down. Recital of Surrender at Court of 12-13 April, 1796 by John Pepper & Thomas Crout of - the Gatehouse Chamber, Biggleswade (adjoined & belonged to messuage of S. West's, then part of messuage of J. Pepper decd.) to use of West & wife for their lives, then to person named in S. West's will, then to heirs. Recital of admission of S. West & wife at same court. Recital of surrender made by R. Recital of death of Matthias West, a bachelor on 31 December, 1818 while Elizabeth West was alive.
