Thomas Hipwell's share valued at £1000 left with William Hipwell for 7 years at 10% interest (If Thomas dies, reversion to Martha) after 7 years pay principal to Thomas or Martha).
Daniel & William Hipwell will pay all debts including £900 borrowed off late Mrs Whitworth
