Dear Mr Janes, Wtih regard to your train reservation from Miami to New York via Washington, the only space that we can get is on the Florida Special leaving Miami at 9.25am. The accommodation is as follows:- Two single roomettes in different cars. We may able to get better accommodation on a different date. Would you be willing to leave this to our discretion? I would, however, advise you to accept this or else fly, because we have already requested your hotel accommodations which may not be so easily changed. Please let us know before you go over to Montego Bay tomorrow morning. Very cordially yours, Barbara Bourke, Coxe Bros Travel Agents.
