    (i) Rev. Thomas Short of Oxford, clerk (ii) Samuel Harrison of Kempston, bricklayer (iii) John Eagles of Ampthill, gent Recites: - Lease, appointment and release between (1) Rev. Sir John Filmer and Richard Gilpin, (2) Thomas Anderson and Rudd and his wife Frances and (3) John Gibbard and his wife Mary, (4) Thomas Davies and (i) That (i) has agreed for the absolute sale to (ii) of the piece of land and hereditaments to be appointed and released for £58. Conveyance by lease and appointment and release from (i) to (ii) of: -- a piece of land in the Parish of St Pauls, Bedford being part of the Great Hill Close and containing 35' in breadth from north to south and 67' in depth from east to west, bounded on the south and east by an accomodation road leading to other part of the close, on the west by property lately purchased by George Walker, and on the north by other part of the said close remaining unsold. -- right of way and liberty to (ii), his heirs, appointees and assigns, with or without horses, cattle or carriages to go, pass and repass from the turnpike road leading from Clapham to Bromham and every or any part of the south eastern side of (a) upon or over any part of the land intended to be appropriated by (i) as a street ot highway aforesaid Includes covenants.
