Recites: Thomas Tew, gent, who holds copy of court roll dated 25 April 1728, surrendered:
- several pieces of land con. 9 olyards in "Le Hollows" in Henlow at rent of 6/11d p.a.
- 2a. arable with appts. in Henlow in City Field, in Long Ryeland Furlong, N late Sarah Sandon and S Cross Ryeland furlong
- 1/2a with appts. in Brook Furlong, N late widow of Baldock, rent of 8d p.a.
- 15a. arable with appts. in fields of Henlow at rent of 7/2 1/2d p.a.
All of which occ. by Henry Sibley
To use of Isaac Underwood of Henlow, carpenter
Purefoy Hunton claimed against Isaac Underwood as:
- 20 a. arable, 4a. meadow, 2a. pasture, with appts. in Henlow
John Young called as vouchee
Now: Land confirmed to Thomas Tew and surrendered by him to uses of his will.
