The party would consist of the writer, Lord Hardwicke, and the three daughters [Elizabeth, Anne & Catherine]. Mention of success in Calabria and Sir John Stuart being succeeded by General [Henry Edward] Fox as Commander-in-Chief in the Mediterranean. Receives letters pretty constantly from Viscount Royston; his is still at Stockholm; he intends to set out for Petersburg shortly.
