Devised all his property in Upper Sundon to Hugh Cook for life, charged with payment of annuity to Elizabeth Walker; and after his decease, to Nehemiah Brandreth (father) and Thomas Read, in trust for Elizabeth Cook (daughter of Hugh Cook), and heirs; and in default of issue, to use of said Richard Ashwell].
