Impatient for her first letters from Stanmer about the alterations. Hopes she enjoyed her Greenwich party. Very hot, local people only out after dark, guitars, castanets, blind singers in abundance etc... Review of the finest Regiment of horse in the King of Spain's service, about 600. Clermonts still there, good sort of people after all. May go to St. Ildephonso, Fritz pleased at possibility as the painter with them, M. L'Elu, can do some views of their favourite Sitio. He has finished their portraits. P.S. Where is Ralph Milbanke?
