From Robert Darley Waddilove, Paris to 2nd Baron Grantham: Arrived safely. Calais tomorrow. Delivered Grantham's letter to Stormont. Stormont & the Viry's dining out. Waddilove not sorry. Colonel St. Paul made him dine with him. Mrs. St. Paul has given birth to a boy, has been seriously ill, but hopefully in no danger at present. Has no Chaplainship yet. Would Grantham enquire about vacancies with Duke of Bedford, Duke of Portland, Lord Fitzwilliam or Duke of Buccleugh.
