    Parties: (i) Richard Leach, Ironmonger, Bedford (ii) Philip Thompson, Butcher, Bedford Operative part: (ii) will pay (i) 31 pounds and ten shillings and (i) enfeofs (a) to (ii) Property: (a) edifice or building now used as a warehouse containing in length seventeen feet nine inches and in breadth seventeen feet etc. the same more or less, situate and being near the bottom of the Ram Inn Yard in the Parish of Saint Paul in the Town of Bedford. Located between a building lately part of a malting belonging to the said Ram Inn on the West and a piece of ground lately sold and conveyed by the said Richard Leach to Mr John Marsh on the East which was previously the kilnhouse belonging to Ram Inn Malting, this is now in the occupation of Abraham Patston. Previously part of the estate of William Belsham, Gentleman, of Bedford (conveyed to Richard Leach by lease and release dated 4 February 1785). Witnesses: George Thorpe Richard Lovesey Richard Peet
