i) James Ind of Baldock, brewer Robert Thurgood late of Baldock, gentleman, now an Ensign in Bedfordshire Militia (surviving trustees of John Thurgood late of Baldock, maltster) ii) James Thurgood late of Baldock, now also an Ensign in the Bedfordshire Militia one of the 7 children & devisees of John Thurgood, & who survived William Thurgood, another of the children iii) John Blyth Foster, an infant under 21 iv) John Foster of Biggleswade, merchant of Biggleswade & father of iii) whereas: Ann Salmon of Bilderston, Suffolk was seised of 13 out of 14 equal parts & was under covenant to purchase James Thurgood's 14th part when he reached 21; by her will devised the 13/14 to her grandson iii) & she has died whereas: ii) has reached 21 in consideration of: £89.5.8 1/2 paid by iv) for iii) release by I & ii) to iii) of: - 1/14th part of: ...parcel of arable called Delves Piece, Biggleswade ...parcels of meadow in the Spectacles [details as before]
