Copy of absolute surrender by: (i) John Izard Pryor of Clay Hll (Herts), to (ii) Joseph Simpson late of Long Stow Hall (Cambs) and now of Baldock (Herts) Of (a) Public house in Potton formerly known as the Maidenhead but now known as the Queens Head, now occupied by Mary Dear, to which (i) was admitted on 28 August 1815. To be divided into two equal shares, to be held by (ii) and by (ii) in trust for Thomas George Simpson respectively. Purchase price of £400 paid by Joseph Simpson and Thomas George Simpson to (i).
