    1) Thomas Pratt, Billington, farmer and wife Sarah 2) George Pratt, Berkhampstead Common, Hertfordshire, farmer 3) Robert Hedges, Eaton Bray, baker Reciting Conveyance (Lease and release) 7, 8 Oct 1836 by i) William Tompkins, Cordwainer to ii) William Pratt, yeoman being conveyance by i) to ii) of property including that mentioned below, Reciting will of William Pratt dated 12 December 1836 proved Prerogative Court of Canterbury 21 April 1841 devising to Thomas Pratt property, and appointing as executors his sons and friends, ie William Pratt, Thomas Pratt, William Twidell, Joseph Mead Reciting release 24 December 1853 by William Pratt, eldest son of testator to his brother Thomas Pratt of property Reciting that property was put for sale by Public Auction at which sale George Pratt purchased land for £51 CONVEYANCE by 1) to 2) for £51 - closes of meadow or sweard in Totternhoe in the occupation of James Andrews: - half acre of meadow in Totternhoe Fen Mead next to ground of Lord of the Manor east and west - 1 rood in same mead next to land theretofore William Herbert then Thomas Pratt then Hannah Pratt west, next land once in the occupation of Daniel Pollard then John Stonhill then John Pratt east abutting north on Brook - 1 acre meadow ground in Totternhoe Fen Mead: - half acre lies next to the land formerly of Joseph Cooper then or late of John Wood then William and George Wood east and west abutting north on Fen Mead Brook - half acre residue in same mead, ground formerly of Joseph Cooper then John Wood then William and George Wood both east and west abutting north on the said brook Covenant that because Robert Hedges was purchaser of the largest lot at the sale, he would produce if required the title deeds of 7 & 8 October 1836 and 24 December 1853
