- Scope and ContentPartial Abstract of Title of Thomas, 2nd Viscount Hampden to accompany R6/7/1/11 (I) R6/7/1/1 (II) R6/7/1/2 (III) R6/7/1/3 (IV) Lease and Release of 2-3 April 1792 Parties: (i) Thomas, 2nd Viscount Hampden; (ii) George Brooks of Green Street, Saint George Hanover Square [Middlesex], esquire Reciting - R6/7/1/3 Operative Part: - (i) conveyed (a)-(e) to (ii) Property: (a) cottage in Stagsden formerly in the occupation of Isaac Osborne, then Thomas White; (b) orchard and close of pasture adjoining (a) of 4 acres formerly in the occupation of Joseph Tapp; (c) cottage at Stagsden West End formerly in the occupation of Edward Robinson, then John Clarke adjoining (a) with the common green W; (d) 3 acres of arable dispersed in the common fields of Stagsden formerly in the occupation of Isaac Osborn, then Joseph Tapp as follows: in Little Field 4 selions together cont 1 acre abutting SE on High, NW on Bay Leys, land of Viscount Hampden NE and SW; in North Field 7 selion together cont 1 acre called Collets Piece, land of Viscount Hampden on both sides; in West End Field 5 selions together in Moor Furlong containing 1 acres with the “Mea” E and land of Viscount Hampden W, a headland N; (e) pieces of arable containing 18 acres dispersed in the common fields of Stagsden in the occupation of James Baskerville and formerly an estate of Thomas Steff and granted by him on 28 February 1771 to James Baskerville and purchased by Robert, 1st Viscount Hampden; (f) the Manor of Stagsden and several farms abstracted in R6/7/1/3 Habendum - to (ii) as trustee
