Overcraft close (8acres) and Bellam's close (4acre) adjoining;
1/2 acre in West End, next a common way, part of the inheritance of John Mitchell;
6 acres land and 1/2 acre meadow, kn Carlton and Chellington :-
in Chellington Field, on Clayhill, on Broadway furlong; in Branchmead field, on Overstead furlong, on the furlong lying below Bellam's;
in Moore field, on Wigney furlong, 1/2 acre shooting into Hunt's corner, 1 acre abutting the common moors, 1/2 acre meadow in Wigney mead., Carlton;
also late John Mitchell; and also all the residues of 24 acres l rod of land, 3 acres l rod of meadow, in Carlton and Chellington, and all other messuages and lands of William and Margaret, conveyed to Richard Steffe late of Wollaston, Northamptonshire, deceased, by John Mitchell, late of Orlingbury, Northamptonshire,9 March, 1638.
