Indictment - Charles Jones of Woburn for stealing 7 brass bushes (value 13s) and 20 lbs of brass (value 10s) from William Hensman and William Hensman the younger his masters, and Edward Pepper of Woburn for receiving them knowing them to be stolen. Edward Pepper previously convicted at Bedford Assizes on 12 March 1835. Plea Jones guilty, Pepper not guilty. Verdict not guilty.
