- Scope and ContentWilliam Musgrove, who was appointed a warder of the prison at Epiphany Sessions has resigned his situation on account of ill health. The Visiting Justices have provisionally appointed William Churchill in his place - the appointment requires confirmation of the Court. The Viisting Justices regret that Mr couchman the surgeon of the prison is still unable to resuime his duties; but as he is progressing favourably and is advised that he may look for complete recovery in a short time, they recommend that Mr Johnson continue for the present to act for him.
